JULIUS IBRANI

Mr. Julius, a distinguished graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia with a specialization in Transnational Law, brings over 15 years of legal expertise to the table. As a Licensed Advocate under the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), Mr. Julius has been built an impressive track record in litigation, including business and commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy cases, criminal justice, anti-corruption, money laundering, cybercrime, constitutional and administrative law, and anti-trust plus anti-monopoly cases.

His in-depth knowledge of legislation and policy-making processes span collaborations with key parliament members (DPR RI) and governmental bodies, including the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry of Justice, Human Rights, Immigrations and Corrections (Kementerian Koordinator Hukum, HAM, Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan), the National Police Office (Polri), the Attorney General/State Prosecutor’s Office (Kejaksaan Agung RI), and the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung RI) complete with all the Monitoring & Evaluation Systems/State Commissions. Mr. Julius excels at working with administrative systems, permits, licenses, and high-level law enforcement agencies to craft comprehensive legal strategies. 

For the past 8 years, Mr. Julius has extended his expertise to political consultancy, collaborating with academic researchers to deliver innovative solutions. His current focus lies in implementing good governance within state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and government institutions and its high-level officials together with Attorney General/State Prosecutor’s Office (Kejaksaan Agung RI), particularly in mitigating corruption, bribery, and fostering anti-trust compliance with the Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).

Mr. Julius is also a professional Certified Liquidator (CLI) from The Indonesian Professional Liquidator Association (PPLI). which registered under Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) Regulation No. 38/2024.
